You can cancel your membership by logging into the membership portal, and clicking the cancel button. Ensure you cancel before your next payment is due to be withdrawn if you do not wish to pay for another fortnight/month,
If you are within your first 4 week period, this option will not be available, so feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can complete the cancellation for you.

Waiver/ Log in / Buy a membership
Boulder Co. has your safety as the highest priority.
As part of our safety plan, we require you to read and sign a waiver prior to climbing, and to save time we highly recommend doing this at home.

Firstly, every visitor to Boulder Co. must sign a waiver. See below on instructions for signing our waiver.
Once your waiver is signed, your account is automatically created in our system. If you do not wish to purchase a 10 pass or membership, you’re all done!
Your account allows you to access our “Members Portal”, where you can purchase memberships or 10 passes, book classes or personal training sessions, and edit your account and billing information.

Simply, follow the link below and click the blue “First Visit? Sign our Waiver” button.
Fill your details, sign our waiver, and your account is created!

To sign into the members portal, you can either click the “Members Portal” button at the top of our website, or click the link below.
If this is your first time accessing the Members Portal, you will need to create a password.
To do this, click the “Create Password/Forgot Password” link below the green “Members Login” button.
Fill in the email you used to create your account and follow the instructions emailed to you to set a password for your account.
Once your Password has been created, you can now use the green “Members Login” button to sign into the members portal.
Our memberships are a minimum 4 week period, while our 10 passes last for a year.
Payment is completed through our Members Portal, where you can use our secure payment process to input your card or bank account details.
