Boulder Co. Christchurch Conditions of 10-Pass

Please read the conditions of 10-pass membership carefully.

If you are under the age of 18 this agreement must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
This agreement is in addition to the Waiver Terms and Conditions found on our website and at reception, which must be read and signed prior to your first visit to Boulder Co Christchurch.

10-Pass Entry Bouldering and Fitness Membership entitlements:

  • This 10-pass membership entitles the holder to 10x entries to the bouldering and fitness area during our regular opening hours, unless restricted from areas due to age.
  • Occasionally access to certain or all areas of the gym may be restricted due to unforeseen circumstances, events, setting for competitions or weekly setting. No refund or discount will be given at these times.

10-Pass rules:

  • 10 Passes are to be used only by the individual whose account they are assigned. We are unable to use a 10 pass assigned to one account, to allow access for others.
  • 10 Passes are not able to be transferred between individuals, or split between different accounts or people.
  • 10-Passes are valid for 1 year, after which they will expire and remaining entries will be lost.

Date of commencement and expiry:

  • The terms of your membership will commence on the date 10-Pass is purchased, and is valid for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase.

Amendments:

  • Boulder Co Christchurch reserves the right to make amendments to this agreement at any time. These amendments may include but are not limited to changes to fees and membership entitlements.
  • Boulder Co Christchurch. will endeavour to provide 14 days notice to membership and 10-Pass holders prior to any changes.
  • By signing below you agree to the terms set out by the Boulder Co. Conditions of 10-pass and Payrix Contract.

Payrix Billing Payment information:

  • American Express cards have an additional fee of 4.60%
  • An additional 1.15% may apply for international cards
  • The following fees may apply if your payment is declined: $4.60.

Cancelation and Contact us:

  • To request any additional changes to this membership you can contract us via email (info@bouldercochristchurch.co.nz) , the online membership portal or at reception.
